In just over two weeks my dear friend and sister-in-yoga, Alison Alstrom and I will be co-teaching a People’s Yoga retreat where nature-induced soul nourishment is part of the plan. On this 3-day yoga campout, spending time on your mat is made so much more powerful because of the company we’ll be in: big trees, a singing creek and an expansive starry night sky. Not to mention a bunch of other great folks who want to unplug, do yoga and spend time outside. We’ve designed the schedule so that along with extended daily practices that include yoga asana, meditation and pranayama, you’ll have plenty of time to let go of the “doing” and be in the “being.” Something all things in and of nature, except sometimes us humans, are pretty good at. We’ve got some of Portland’s best, Eatin’ Alive, catering for us and will have solar powered amenities, a nice yurt to practice in and a special evening by the campfire. Want to join us? Sign-up quick if you do. Registration closes July 30th.
