Has the yoga practice gotten your attention? Maybe you notice you feel stronger and more integrated after you practice? But, maybe you also notice that half the stuff the teacher says still sounds a little bewildering?
In this four week series we will use repetition and review to get a solid hold on the basics while also exploring how to approach some of the beyond the basics poses.
