Yin Yoga through the Seasons: Winter and the Water Element Workshop

It's an honor to co-teach with Julie, someone who has been so supportive and influential in my life as a yogi and as an acupuncturist. (Julie and I have been practicing yoga together for over 15 years and were in Chinese medicine school at the same time!)

This will be Julie's last yoga workshop as a Portland resident since she'll be leaving for an amazing opportunity in Coeur d'Alene, ID where she'll be a full time acupuncturist at a thriving clinic there.

Please join us for this special yoga workshop honoring and embodying the root of life, water.

With Julie Baron, LAc & Kate Busby, LAc

January 11th , Sunday, 2pm - 5pm

Southeast Studio, 4210 SE Belmont Street, 97215

Join Kate and Julie, both acupuncturists and yoga teachers, in this workshop designed to help you deepen your relationship to your body and to the seasonal energies of Winter through an extended yin yoga practice.

Through the yin postures you’ll gain embodied insight into the physical and subtle anatomy associated with the Winter season and the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians.

Winter is the season of Water when our vitality pours into the deepest aspects of our being to replenish and restore our most essential selves.

You can register here, at The People's Yoga.
